Beginning of the editing process;

I have successfully uploaded my footage and have completed a big chunk of the editing. I have placed each scene where it is meant to be and cut out unwanted clips, my footage now runs in the order of the storyboard and smoothly links together. I have also put an effect of 'day in to night' on some of the scenes which had to be filmed during the day due to lack of clear view to make them look much more dull and gloomy. Also i have turned the volume up on the scenes it is needed and deleted any other unwanted sound, i have slowed down the male characters voice at the ending to make him sound creepy.

This is the difference in the original shot to the one with the 'day in to night' effect; The original clips with no effects are along the bottom and the scene on the screen has the effect added to it.

With these shots of the females eyes opening and closing whilst she is dying i have used a 'glow' effect for the first opening and a 'black and white' effect for the rest, this is because i wanted to have an effect of the female passing out and it ending on a black and white blurred shot signifying her death.

I used the vignette effect on the scenes of the conversation between the characters, this is because it is from the males point of view and i think it makes this look like it is through someones eye due to the darkening sides being circular.
